We have all heard the saying “One man’s junk is another man’s treasure” right? Well, the owner of the Finnjet Limo thinks that saying is very true. Mr. Antti Rahko, a 72 year old chauffeur from Finland took on the project of turning everyday junk into a magnificent limo.
Rahko began by using two Mercedes Benz station wagons to form the limos body, but there are many more parts from other vehicles that went into the making of this unique and one of a kind limo. The exterior of the limo has 86 lights and 36 mirrors on it along with two jet engine housings for exhaust and runs on eight wheels to ensure proper suspension.
The limo also has a very large interior that can seat up to 10 people comfortably. Those riding in the limo can utilize its amenities such as the microwave, television, freezer, air conditioning units, and even a personal sauna!
You would think such a large vehicle would be very hard on gas, but the limp can get 25 miles per gallon which is the equivalent to most SUVs on the market today. The creator of the limo was using his head when he created this amazing masterpiece that’s for certain.
If you are in the market for a new one of a kind limo and have an extra $950,000 laying around to spare than might I suggest looking into this masterpiece. The price was quoted a few years ago so it might have gone up since then, but this vehicle is very reliable. Mr. Rahko uses it daily and has traveled many times from his home in Florida to Canada with no issues at all.
